Piano Listing Form:

(NOTE:  An asterisk (*) - denotes a required field)

What is the brand name of your piano? *

(Usually stamped on the harp (metal plate) inside.)

What type of piano do you own? *

(Upright pianos are measured in height while grand pianos are measured in length.  Please refer to the measurements next to each choice for help.)

Upright Pianos:    Spinet (up to 40")    Console (40 - 44")    Studio Upright (44 - 48")    Upright Grand (48" +)

Grand Pianos:                Baby Grand (up to 6')        Grand (6' - 7'4")            Concert Grand (7'4" +)

What is the serial number of your piano? *

(The serial number is usually stamped on the harp (metal plate) inside your piano.  On uprights it may also be found on a sticker, viewed through a hole in the harp, or printed on a hammer or inside half of a key.  On some grands, the keyslip (wooden plate in front of keys) must be removed to expose the serial number - this is accomplished by removing the 3 to 5 screws from underneath the keyboard area.)
